Welcome to Polyguard Products! Since 1950, we have grown to five divisions, which protect structures from moisture and contaminants. We specialize in Building Envelope protection in the form of Underslab Waterproofing and Moisture and Vapor Barriers, Pipeline Non-Shielding Corrosion Coatings to avoid Pipeline Corrosion, Duct Waterproofing and Insulation Jacket protection to stop Corrision Under Insulation, Pavement Waterproofing, Roofing Underlayment and Window Flashing.
Our Architectural Division offers Underslab Waterproofing, Drainboard, Radon Barrier and Methane Barrier systems, Soil Stress Relief, Thru Wall Flashing, Blindside Waterproofing, Wall Air Barrier and Window Flashing for complete building envelope protection.
Our Pipeline Coatings Division, offers highly rated Non-Shielding Coating and Corrosion Coatings, including Offshore Girth Weld Coatings, which stop Pipeline Corrosion, resist Soil Stress and do not cause Cathodic Shielding. They are the only proper Underground Pipeline Tape Coatings compatible with Cathodic Protection.
Our Mechanical Division offers Vapor Weather Barrier and Insulation Jacket protection, Insulrap Direct Burial, Pipe Duct Waterproofing, RG-2400, Alumaguard, Alumaguard Lite and coatings to protect against corrosion under insulation and wet insulation reactive gel corrosion coatings.
Our Highway Division offers Pavement Underseal Membranes for Pavement Waterproofing and Highway Underlayments to cover cracks and joints.
Our Residential Division is the home of WindowSeal™, a self-adhering, self-sealing tape for Window Flashing and Door Flashing.
