California Sealant
A rubber based sealant in solvent solution which is specifically formulated to provide excellent adhesion with the Polyguard Waterproofing Membrane under many kinds of surface conditions. California Sealant is an integral part of the Polyguard Waterproofing System and sufficient liquid sealant must be used dry surfaces to condition them to be dust free so that the substreate is suitable for the application of waterproofing membranes. The VOC content meets the South Coast Air Quality Management District regulation.

Green Concrete Liquid Adhesive

	Polystop Waterstop Strip Polystop is a swellable, conformable synthetic waterstop strip which expands when in contact with water. The design of Polystop minimizes potential for concrete spalling and cracking compared with traditional hydrophilic waterstops. Once encapsulated by concrete, a seal is formed against concrete faces. The seal blocks water from entering adjacent areas. Polystop provides superior performance vs. bentonite or conventional rubber waterstops.
