300 Air & Moisture Barrier

Unwanted exterior air can carry moisture, odor and corrosive elements to metal studs, screws, and brick ties. For full wall system protection, Polyguard 300 Air & Moisture Barrier Membrane System provides maximum performance and lowest possible perm ratings needed to stop vapor laden air from entering a controlled interior environment.

Polyguard 300 Air & Moisture Barrier is a 30 mil. self-adhering, self-healing membrane consisting of a rubberized asphalt waterproofing element, bonded to a strong polyethylene film top surface.

Available in100' rolls in 12", 16" 18", 24" and 48" widths for a wide variety of conditions.

400 Air & Moisture Barrier

When applied to a structural substrate Polyguard 400 Air & Moisture Barrier gives excellent resistance to air leakage and vapor diffusion.

Polyguard 400 Air & Moisture Barrier is a 40 mil. self-adhering, self-healing membrane consisting of a rubberized asphalt waterproofing element, bonded to a strong polyethylene film top surface.

Available in 75' rolls in 12", 16" 18", 24" and 48" widths for a wide variety of conditions.

JT-30 Exterior Sheathing Joint Tape

Polyguard JT-30 Exterior Sheathing Joint Tape is used for protection against air and moisture vapor from leakage and vapor diffusion in exterior joints, holes, corners and protrusions of gypsum, wood, insulation board sheathing or exterior sheathing. Applied around doors and windows, on holes or other small voids, Joint Tape stops outside air and moisture from entering the conditioned interior of the building, increasing energy efficiency and inhibiting corrosion of steel components.

JT-30 provides excellent seam tape and corner detailing to most cavity wall applications.

JT-30 Tape is 30 mils total thickness, and comprises a rubberized asphalt waterproofing element laminated to a tough, 4 mil polyethylene film. It's wound on 1-1/2" cores using disposable release sheet for ease of application.

Available in 100' rolls in 4" and 6" widths for a wide variety of conditions.
