TERM Barriers integrates proven non-chemical termite barriers into proven waterproofing materials. The termite barrier components have been tested since February 2000 by Texas A&M, LSU, University of Georgia, University of Florida, and others. link
TERM Barriers, for commercial construction projects, have components which can protect almost the entire building envelope from both water, termites, and other insects. The below grade portion (foundation and underslab protection) require installation by a professional waterproofer, so they are not available for purchase over the web.
The products you see here in the TERM Store require the ability to follow instructions carefully. These products protect a number of parts of the structure which are known to be frequent termite entry points.
